Dec 21st Bride: Jesse

I met bride Jesse on the day of her trial makeup. She said she was having a bridal shower and would like her trial makeup done on that day, so I figured I'd just go over, test some colors out on her and be done in time. But oh no!! this was not that kind of bridal shower at all...
I walked into her house and the first thing I saw was a bedazzled (and when I mean bedazzled...I mean BEDAzzled!), long flowy gold dress hanging in her living room. She's like "this is what i'm wearing"...at that moment I knew that Jesse liked her things "fancy" :)

Doing her makeup was fun for me...no restrictions..."just make me and my bridesmaids G-L-A-M!", which is exactly what I did.

Vintage Inspired Bridal Shoot: Butterfly Girls

Butterfly girls is a group of professional makeup artists that provide makeup services for events and charities throughout the year using Motives makeup by Loren Ridinger. Colleen is the CEO/Founder of Butterfly Girls. I met Colleen a few years back and was happy to meet someone with like-minded faith. She explained her vision for the company...and that got me going!Like I said before, if I can use my God given talent for a good cause...I'm all in!

Colleen approached me to assist her with putting together a "Butterfly girls Shoot". We put together a team  and came up with a concept...Vintage Bride. Styling was done by yours truly!

Better late than never....

Happy New Year Folks!! I pray for God's blessings and favor upon everyone this year!

Just got a package in the mail today from Katie Snyder photography. Sometime late last year I was contacted by Michelle @ MyDreamzEventz to do her makeup for some profile shots. Got to the location and realized that I had left my memory card and could not get any before and after pictures....sheeshhh! Katie was extremely nice and offered to take shots for me. I honestly didn't think I would get the pictures but you can imagine my utter excitement when I received the package today!!

Deciding on which pictures to post is a totally different story...so many great pictures to choose from. Finally narrowed it down to the below.
